Langoustines in shell on the grill

Grilled langoustines will be a delicious seafood treat for friends at a picnic. Preparing this dish is simple and quick, because most of the time is spent only on pickling. Most often, langoustines are baked in a shell, then they do not dry out during cooking and remain juicy and soft. Marinate langoustines in soy sauce with garlic and smoked paprika.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Defrost the langoustines in advance in natural conditions and rinse them under running water. Then remove the head and legs from them.
step 2 out of 6
Use small scissors to cut the carapace to the middle of the torso.
step 3 out of 6
Then carefully remove the strip of black cloth that is under the carapace.
step 4 out of 6
You can discard the removed parts, and rinse the langoustines again with cold water.
step 5 out of 6
Then place the prepared langoustines in any dish. Sprinkle langoustines with paprika, a mixture of ground peppers, add chopped garlic to them and cover with soy sauce. Then stir the langoustines with spices and sauce and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
During this time, prepare the grill. Carefully place the pickled langoustines on the grill and bake over hot coals for 5-7 minutes on each side. If your langoustines are simply frozen (they are gray, unlike pink boiled ice creams), then you need to fry them for 10 minutes on each side. The dish is ready, you can treat your friends.
Bon Appetit!
