I want to share an incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare recipe for a bright and festive dish that can be served for dinner on a regular day or for a family celebration. The swallow's nest turns out to be fragrant and juicy. The cooking process will not take much of your time.

Place the stale bun in a container and fill it with drinking water. Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, chop with a sharp knife. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Put the minced meat, a soaked bun, onions, half of the grated cheese in a deep container, break a chicken egg, salt and add black pepper and spices to taste.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the nests for 10-15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the baking sheet with meat nests from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and put the tomato slices on top. Place in the oven again and bake the nests for another 10-15 minutes.
