Minced swallow's nest

I want to share an incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare recipe for a bright and festive dish that can be served for dinner on a regular day or for a family celebration. The swallow's nest turns out to be fragrant and juicy. The cooking process will not take much of your time.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Place the stale bun in a container and fill it with drinking water. Peel the onions, rinse in cold water, chop with a sharp knife. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Put the minced meat, a soaked bun, onions, half of the grated cheese in a deep container, break a chicken egg, salt and add black pepper and spices to taste.
step 2 out of 6
Mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands and beat it well. Wash the tomatoes well under cold water and then pat dry. Cut one tomato into slices 5-7 millimeters thick, after removing the stalk. Cut the second into small cubes.
step 3 out of 6
Prepare a baking dish or baking sheet. Cover with baking paper or foil. Brush with a little vegetable oil. Divide the prepared minced meat into equal parts, and form meat nests, in the center of each make a small depression. Fill the prepared grooves with finely chopped tomatoes.
step 4 out of 6
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the nests for 10-15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the baking sheet with meat nests from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and put the tomato slices on top. Place in the oven again and bake the nests for another 10-15 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
After the time has elapsed, carefully remove the baking sheet with swallow nests from the oven, cool slightly and place on portioned plates. Serve the nests with a fresh vegetable salad.
step 6 out of 6
You can also serve boiled potatoes or pasta as a side dish, if desired.

Bon Appetit!
