Sift the flour and pour it on the table. We make a depression in the center, pour boiling water into it.

Pour salt into the water and begin to combine flour and water with a spoon, so the boiling water will cool down faster.

Then we continue to knead the dough with our hands, kneading it well. We form a ball and cover it with foil, leave it for 30 minutes.

After that we divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out the dough in a thin layer, cut out an even circle. This can be easily done with a properly sized plate.
