Lavash is a very popular product among housewives. And not without reason, because it not only replaces bread, but also serves as a universal base for preparing varied dishes. The simplest thing you can cook with it is a roll. All you have to do is roll up a suitable filling and cut. Everything about everything takes no more than fifteen minutes. If you have a lot of time, you can let the roll soak in the refrigerator - the layers of pita bread will become softer. We use the classics as a filling: red salted fish, curd cheese and fresh cucumber.

We spread the lavash on the surface of the table and level it by hand. If the edges of the sheet have dried up and began to crack, then we moisten them slightly with water with our palms. Put cream cheese on the pita bread and distribute it over the entire surface with the back of a spoon or with a culinary spatula. We try to make an even thin layer. By the way, you can use classic curd cheese without additives, or you can take it with fillers - with herbs, garlic, etc. This will add different shades of taste.
We form a roll, tightly rolling the pita bread together with the filling. You can immediately cut the roll into portions, but if you have time, it is better to place the snack in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak. Before that, it is advisable to wrap the roll with foil or cling film so that the product does not absorb extraneous odors.
