Lavash with canned fish and processed cheese

I am madly in love with simple snacks that can be prepared in a minimum amount of time. Today I propose to use one of these recipes and make pita bread with canned fish and processed cheese. This recipe is quite simple and quick, even someone who does not know at all which side to approach the kitchen can handle.

Ingredients

Cooking process

Prepare all the ingredients you need for a canned fish and cream cheese pita snack.
step 2 out of 19
Use a can opener to open a can of canned fish, place in a small bowl and mash well with a fork.
step 3 out of 19
Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool and peel.
step 4 out of 19
Using an egg cutter net, chop the chicken eggs and add to the chopped canned food.
step 5 out of 19
Using a fork, bring the filling to a smooth consistency.
step 6 out of 19
Lubricate a coarse grater with literally a drop of vegetable oil, using a silicone brush, so that the processed cheese does not stick.
step 7 out of 19
Then grate the processed cheese.
step 8 out of 19
Send shredded processed cheese to the filling.

Put the fried vegetables in the prepared filling and mix thoroughly.
step 12 out of 19
Take the required amount of pita bread.
step 13 out of 19
Put a sheet of Armenian lavash on a clean work surface of the kitchen table.
step 14 out of 19
Then grease it with the prepared filling, spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the pita bread, using a silicone spatula.
step 15 out of 19
Roll up the roll gradually.
step 16 out of 19
Distribute the remaining filling and wrap the roll tightly.
step 17 out of 19
Prepare cling film.
step 18 out of 19
Wrap the finished roll in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
step 19 out of 19
Cut the soaked pita bread with canned fish and melted cheese into portions and serve.

Enjoy an incredibly delicate snack!
