Lavash with canned fish in the oven

I want to share an unusual recipe for a delicious pita bread with canned food, cooked in the oven. The appetizer turns out to be tender and juicy inside with an appetizing crispy crust. Prepare such pita bread for family gatherings, and please yourself and your family!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Remove the crab sticks from the packaging and grate on a fine grater, and then put in a deep container.
step 2 out of 9
Boil 4 chicken eggs in salted water, cool and peel. Grate the peeled chicken eggs on a fine grater and then add to the crab sticks.
step 3 out of 9
Using a can opener, open a can of canned fish, place in a blender bowl and chop until smooth.
step 4 out of 9
Transfer the chopped canned food to the rest of the ingredients, add the required amount of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 5 out of 9
Rinse the dill thoroughly in cool running water, and then shake off excess moisture, then chop it with a sharp knife and put it in the filling. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 6 out of 9
Put a sheet of Armenian lavash on a clean work surface of the kitchen table, and then grease it with the prepared filling, evenly spreading it over the entire surface of the lavash using a silicone spatula.
step 7 out of 9
Roll up the roll as tightly as possible. Then carefully put the resulting roll on a prepared baking sheet.
step 8 out of 9
Beat the chicken egg with a fork, and then brush the surface of the roll with it using a silicone brush. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Then carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool slightly, cut the roll into portions, and then serve.

Enjoy an incredibly delicious and crispy snack!
