Lavash with salmon, curd cheese and cucumber

The most delicate salted salmon is a real delicacy. It tastes good on its own and hardly needs any additions. But if you accompany the fish with cream cheese and fresh cucumber, wrapped in pita bread, its taste will only be emphasized from the best side. In addition, from a small piece of fish, this way you can prepare a snack for the whole family. By the way, such a roll is also suitable for a festive table and will serve as an excellent alternative to sandwiches and canapes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash and dry the cucumber. Cut off the ends on both sides of the vegetable and cut it into transverse thin circles.
step 2 out of 6
We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife. Put curd cheese in a bowl, add chopped herbs, salt and black pepper to taste to it.
step 3 out of 6
We lay out thin pita bread on the table surface, level it by hand.
step 4 out of 6
We spread the prepared filling of curd cheese and dill. With the back of the spoon, distribute the mass around the entire perimeter of the sheet, trying to make an even layer.
step 5 out of 6
We pay attention to the edges of the pita bread, so that the finished roll will subsequently bond well and be relatively even along its entire length. We put cucumber circles and thin slices of salmon along the leaf, as shown in the photo. Sprinkle the filling with lemon juice. We roll up the roll, sealing it well with our fingers.
step 6 out of 6
It is better to let the formed roll soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour. So the pita will become softer and the appetizer will be softer. Before serving, cut the roll into portions and serve.

Bon Appetit!
