Lasagna without milk

Delicious lasagna can be prepared without milk by replacing the béchamel sauce with your favorite sauce, or by smearing the lasagna sheets with soft cheese. It turns out a very juicy and appetizing appetizer that will delight household members and surprise your guests.

We wash the beef and grind it in a meat grinder.

Finely dice the onion.

Heat a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry the onion for 5-7 minutes, then add minced meat, spices and salt and mix everything well. We keep it on the fire for so long that the juice evaporates from the beef.

Now add the tomato sauce and leave the minced meat to simmer for another 15 minutes.

Boil lasagna sheets in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then we take them out and lay them out so that they do not stick together.

We take a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil and slightly overlap 3 sheets of lasagna, then grease them with soft cheese, spread out some of the minced meat and sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan; put 3 sheets of lasagna back on and repeat the process. Sprinkle the top of the lasagna generously with Parmesan. We put a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
