Lasagne bolognese

The bolognese lasagna comes out tender and aromatic thanks to the special sauce and cheeses. A hearty and easy-to-prepare dish, perfect for a large family lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Lasagna sheets are different. Some of them require boiling, so they should be cooked in salted water. If the sheets can be used raw, it is still recommended to soak them a little in cold water.
step 2 out of 9
Next, let's prepare the second important ingredient - minced meat. We fry it in a pan with vegetable oil. The fire is moderate. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
step 3 out of 9
Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes to lightly fried minced meat. The last product can be prepared in a blender. Stir the contents of the pan and keep on low heat until the excess liquid evaporates.
step 4 out of 9
Now let's start preparing the béchamel sauce. In a saucepan, completely melt the butter. We stir in flour to it, mix and keep on fire for about one minute. The whole process should be fast.
step 5 out of 9
Pour in milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook the béchamel sauce until thick. The fire should be small so that the contents of the pan do not boil.
step 6 out of 9
Pass the mozzarella cheese through a large mold. We will need it to assemble the lasagna.
step 7 out of 9
We begin to shape the dish. Line the baking sheet with foil. Pour a little béchamel sauce on it, distribute over the bottom of the mold. Now we lay out the sheets. On them - part of the minced meat.
step 8 out of 9
Sprinkle the minced meat layer with grated cheese. Cover with sauce again. Repeat layers. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan. We bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Time - 40 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Let the finished lasagna cool slightly so that all the layers are well bonded. Then you can cut and serve. Bon Appetit!
