Lavash lasagna

As a rule, lasagna is made from special pasta sheets. But, this product is expensive and not always available in small stores. If you replace them with affordable pita bread, prepare a delicious pork tongue filling and pour the béchamel sauce, and sprinkle with cheddar on top, you get a worthy alternative.

Rinse your tongue well and cut off all excess. Pour water into a saucepan, put the tongue, peeled and washed 2 onions, 2 cloves of peeled garlic, lavrushka and peppercorns into it. Bring the contents to a boil and cook for 1.5 hours, removing the foam from the surface. Dip your tongue in ice water for 5 minutes and peel off. Twist it in a meat grinder 2 times.

Combine the peeled chopped 2 onions with the remaining garlic passed through a press. Peel and grate the carrots. Put the garlic in a preheated frying pan, greased with oil, fry for 1 minute, add onions to it and fry until soft. Transfer carrots to skillet and reduce heat. Chop the pickles into small cubes, squeeze out the juice and add to the vegetables. Put out 5 minutes.

Place the tomato sauce in a skillet and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add minced meat to vegetables, mix well, taste with salt. Season with pepper and add salt and simmer for 5 minutes if necessary.

Cover the tin with foil on top and send the lasagne to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the foil 10 minutes before cooking.
