If you want to make delicious and easy lasagna - our recipe is at your service! Lasagne with minced chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes with a delicious cheese crust. Instead of lasagna sheets, we will use pita bread - this will save our time and will allow us to cook large lasagna in a short time. Lasagna prepared according to our recipe will be a great hearty dinner for a large company.

We wash the champignons in running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water. Then cut the mushrooms into thin slices and put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

We wash the tomatoes, put them in a heat-resistant deep container and scald them with boiling water. Then rinse immediately with cold running water and remove the peel. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and send them to the pan with the mushrooms. Fry vegetables over medium heat until the liquid evaporates completely.

We wash the chicken fillet under running water, dry it with a paper towel and pass it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, rinse it and send it to the minced meat grinder.

Put the minced meat in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, add salt and spices, mix and fry until tender.

Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, lay out one pita bread, grease it with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.
