Lasagna is a delicious, hearty flaky pasta dish that can be served as a hot holiday meal or just for lunch. The lasagna is tender and juicy.

Boil the lasagna sheets following the instructions on the package.

Heat the pan well and add some olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally.

Add tomato paste, mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, mix well again. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Put butter in a deep saucepan, melt it and add the required amount of wheat flour. Fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
