Thin lavash lasagna

A dish at the intersection of Italian and Armenian cuisine. Thin Armenian lavash will be more tender than regular thick lasagne sheets. Therefore, the meat for such a dish should be chosen less fatty.

step 2 out of 5
Add minced meat to a frying pan, fry it with onions until tender, salt and pepper to taste.
