Lazy lasagna

If you are too lazy to look for ready-made lasagna sheets and cook a real classic dish with them, you can make lasagne using ordinary pasta as a basis. It turns out not worse, and most importantly - much faster and easier. The lasagna is soaked in homemade béchamel sauce.

Peel the onion, chop finely and add to the minced meat. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Fry the minced meat in a little vegetable oil until tender.

Open and add the tomatoes in their own juice to the minced meat.

Add minced meat spices and mix well.

For the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. flour, mix (if you need more later, you can add). Fry the flour in oil.

Pour in warm milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Salt and pepper. The consistency of the sauce will resemble liquid sour cream.

Pour half of the pasta into a baking dish, distribute evenly. Pour half of the sauce on top.

Put the minced meat, again pasta with sauce.

Spread grated cheese on top. Pour in 100 ml of water to avoid dry pasta. Water can be slightly salted.

Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. and wait for the moment when the cheese crust becomes golden. Do not keep it longer, otherwise the lasagna will turn out to be dry.

Cut the warm food into portioned squares and serve immediately.
