Meat lasagna

Meat lasagna with lots of healthy vegetables is sure to give you a gastronomic pleasure. A hot aromatic dish in our family is often served at a festive feast. Try it too, and the lasagna will become your favorite.

Place butter in a saucepan or heavy-bottomed saucepan and melt. Add wheat flour. Stir constantly and fry for a few minutes. Add milk gradually, add salt and pepper. Continue stirring with a whisk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely with a knife. Heat the pan well, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion and garlic, and fry until softened. Wash the eggplants thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into medium cubes. Wash the zucchini, trim off the ends and cut also.
