Lavash lasagna is an easier way to prepare this dish compared to the classic version. By preparing lavash lasagne, you can save time, and the taste component of the dish will not be lost. This lasagna turns out to be juicy, mouth-watering and very satisfying.

First, let's prepare the frying. Peel the onions, chop them finely and fry in a pan with butter until tender.

While the onions are fried, peel the carrots, rinse them and rub them on a coarse grater. Then add the carrots to the onions. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are soft. This process will take approximately 10 minutes.

Then add minced meat to the pan with fried vegetables.

When the liquid evaporates, season the contents of the pan with salt and spices (curry, chicken seasoning). We mix.

After that, add tomato paste to the pan and mix everything.

Simmer minced meat with vegetables under a lid on minimal heat for another 5-7 minutes. We turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 200 degrees.

Moving on to the sauce. Melt the butter over low heat.

Then add the sifted wheat flour to the butter.

Mix everything quickly and lightly fry.

Then add milk to the pan in small portions, stir everything constantly. We keep on fire until the milk begins to boil. Then remove the sauce from the heat.

Let's prepare pita bread. Slice it to fit the shape of the baking dish.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and spread the first layer of pita bread. On top of it we distribute the minced meat filling.

Pour the prepared sauce over the filling. Thus, we repeat the layers until the pita bread and filling are over.

Put the lasagna in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Almost at the end of cooking (5 minutes before cooking), take out the dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
