Lasagna is usually made from pasta - lasagna sheets. I want to suggest a lasagna recipe on a baking sheet. We will prepare the sheets for this recipe ourselves, which will significantly increase the time for preparing a hearty dish. The dough can be prepared in advance. Lasagna is a great option for dining with a large family.

Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife or grate on a coarse grater. Wash carrots and tomatoes well. Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater. Remove the skin from the tomato, remove the seeds if necessary and also grate on a fine grater.

Heat the pan well, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the prepared vegetables and simmer until softened. Season with salt and pepper, add minced meat and tomato paste, stir.

Simmer over low heat, covered for about 20 minutes, then remove from heat and cool.

In a metal bowl or heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes. Gradually add milk, salt, pepper and add nutmeg, and, without ceasing to stir with a whisk, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Sift wheat flour onto the surface of the table. Make a hole in the center, salt, break a chicken egg, add the required amount of cold water and vegetable oil. Roll into a ball and mix well. Cover the dough and leave on the table for half an hour. Roll out the dough, leave to dry and cut into squares or rectangles.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Top with cooked leaves, Bolognese sauce, white sauce and grated cheese. Repeat layers as long as possible, with lasagna sheets sprinkled with the remaining cheese and soaked in white sauce on top.
