Put the minced meat in a large non-stick frying pan and fry it until tender for 10-15 minutes. After that, drain off the excess liquid and add olive oil. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes. Add to the minced meat and fry for 3-5 minutes. In a dry frying pan, mix salt, garlic passed through a press, ground red and black pepper. Fry for 30 seconds so that the smell of spices is revealed and the garlic does not burn. Add spices to the minced meat.

Break the lasagna noodles into small pieces of 2.5-3 cm, so that it is convenient to stir them in a pan.

Put the noodles in a frying pan with the minced meat, pour over the marinara sauce and pour water on top. Cover the pan with a lid and leave to simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes, until the noodles soften.
