Lean lasagna

Lasagna is a type of pasta in the shape of a thin square. Lasagna is a dish in which lasagna sheets are alternated with filling. I suggest making lean lasagna served with Bechamel sauce.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Rinse and fill the lentils with water. Boil until cooked through. Make Bechamel sauce. Put the required amount of coconut oil in a deep frying pan, melt it. Add wheat flour and, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes. Add oat milk gradually.
step 2 out of 7
Stir well with a whisk until smooth and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix thoroughly.
step 3 out of 7
Wash the carrots well, peel with a vegetable peeler. Grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat the pan well, add a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out the prepared vegetables. Fry a little.
step 4 out of 7
Add cooked lentils and mix well. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 5 out of 7
Add mashed tomatoes, if not available, you can replace with tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Stir.
step 6 out of 7
Take a baking dish and brush it with white sauce. Then spread the lasagna sheets evenly and then the vegetable filling. Continue to alternate between the white sauce, lasagna sheets, and filling until the form is full. Place the form in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
After the time has passed, serve the lean lasagne on the table, garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired.

Bon Appetit!
