Lasagne with minced meat

Lasagne with minced meat is a dish that very much reminds us of spring rolls, where meat, cheese, vegetables, ham can act as a filling. Unlike the restaurant version, homemade lasagne is cooked either in a pan, microwave, or oven.

The tomatoes must be washed thoroughly, then scalded, and then pour cold water for a couple of minutes. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.

The onion must be peeled and chopped. We carry out the same manipulations with carrots and garlic. It is better to grate carrots on a medium grater.

We send the tomatoes to a blender and transfer them to a puree state.

Put the chopped onion and carrots in a frying pan to stew.

A few minutes later, we send minced meat to the carrots and onions. Remember to stir the contents of the pan constantly. At the end of frying, the minced meat with vegetables must be salted and spices added to them.

Let's go for the sauce. We send a piece of butter to a container with heated milk. Add flour there, stirring constantly, until the consistency reaches a creamy state.
