For a delicious and hearty lunch, take meat lasagna. In appearance, this dish looks like a cake with thin cakes and a lot of filling. You can make the lasagna dough yourself or buy ready-made ones in the store.

Make Bechamel sauce. Put butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add flour to it, stir, simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour in milk, add salt and nutmeg, stir and remove from heat.
Boil lasagna leaves until half cooked. Grease a baking sheet with high sides or another shape with oil, lay out 3 sheets of lasagna. Put some of the meat filling on the lasagna leaves, pour the Bechamel sauce, put 3 more lasagna leaves on top. Do the same for 2 more layers, with the top layer you should have lasagna leaves, pour over them with the remaining sauce and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
