Lasagne with minced meat and cream

A traditional Italian dish, lasagne, is prepared with different fillings, which are replaced with thin sheets of dough. In the classic version, the Béchamel sauce is used, but you can replace it with regular cream.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash carrots, peel and grate. Fry onions and carrots in butter.

Add the minced meat to the pan, stir and continue to simmer.

After 5-7 minutes, add the tomatoes in their own juice to the pan, salt and season to taste. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with butter, put a couple of lasagna sheets on the bottom, some meat filling on top, then lasagna sheets again, and so on until the filling and layers of dough are over. The lasagna sheets should remain the top layer. Pour cream on top of your blank, cover the form with foil and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

After a while, take out the form, remove the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese with lasagne, bake for another 10-15 minutes. Divide the finished lasagne into portions and invite the family to the table.
