Turkey lasagna is a national Italian dish. It is worth noting that lasagna is very satisfying, and after its absorption there is no feeling of heaviness. The great advantage of this dish is its simplicity in preparation. A significant amount of cooking time can be saved by using ready-made lasagna sheets.

The turkey fillet must be thoroughly rinsed under running water, then put on a paper towel in order to drain excess liquid from it. If necessary, remove films or cartilage from the fillet. Then we twist the fillet cut into large pieces through a meat grinder. The onion must be peeled, chopped and sent to the pan to fry, after a few minutes we send the garlic passed through the press to the onion. After a minute, add the minced meat to the onion with garlic. It should be fried for ten minutes, after which we add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to the total mass. After the mass boils, send finely chopped greens to the pan. And after a minute, the finished meat sauce can be removed from the heat.
Lubricate the baking dish. Put a fourth of the meat sauce on the bottom, then a third. A part of Mozzarella cheese, a third part of the Ricotta mixture and a third part of spinach. We cover everything with a quarter of meat sauce, and then lasagna sheets. Repeat layers until we run out of ingredients. The final layer is to sprinkle our dish with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
