It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for lasagna with chicken, mushrooms and cheese. The dish is perfect for any festive meal or for an ordinary family dinner. The lasagna turns out to be quite satisfying and aromatic. The dish does not require special skills, and it is prepared from available products.

Prepare the chicken first. Rinse the chicken fillet well under water, and then put in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, cover with cold water and put on medium heat. Season with salt and bring to a boil, periodically skimming off the resulting foam. Then cover, reduce heat and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes.

Boiled mushrooms, I had boiled and frozen, put in a frying pan preheated and greased with vegetable oil, fry until moisture completely evaporates.

Allow the chicken to cool slightly and then cut into small cubes.

Add the chopped chicken to the fried mushrooms, then pour in the required amount of cream, add salt and black pepper to taste, mix thoroughly and cook covered for 5-7 minutes.

Go ahead and prepare the sauce. Put the required amount of butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom and put on low heat. When the butter has melted, add the wheat flour and, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes until the color changes. Then add milk in a thin stream and, stirring constantly with a whisk, bring until thickened.

Prepare a baking dish. Grease the bottom of the mold with a little butter, then add a few tablespoons of the prepared Bechamel sauce. Spread evenly over the entire surface of the mold.
