I would like to propose an incredibly delicious recipe for a fragrant and juicy lasagna with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Such a dish can be prepared for a family dinner or treated to loved ones at a festive celebration. The recipe is quite simple, the result is simply beyond all expectations.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for your lasagna. Bake the chicken fillet in the oven beforehand. You can also use boiled chicken fillet.

Disassemble the finished chicken fillet into small pieces by hand or cut into medium-sized cubes.

Peel the champignons and then cut them into thin slices. Heat a deep frying pan well over medium heat, add a small amount of vegetable oil, then add the prepared mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Then add the chicken meat, mix thoroughly and fry for a few more minutes.

Then pour in the required amount of cream, mix well, reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Make Bechamel sauce. Put the required amount of butter in a metal container with a thick bottom, melt over medium heat, and then gradually add wheat flour, stirring constantly, fry until golden brown. Pour in the required amount of milk in a thin stream and, stirring constantly with a whisk, bring the sauce to thicken, add nutmeg, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.

Prepare a baking dish. Pour a few spoons of the prepared sauce at the bottom and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the mold.
