I would like to propose an incredibly delicious recipe for a fragrant and juicy lasagna with chicken and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Such a dish can be prepared for a family dinner or treated to loved ones at a festive celebration. The recipe is quite simple, the result is simply beyond all expectations.

Make Bechamel sauce. Put the required amount of butter in a metal container with a thick bottom, melt over medium heat, and then gradually add wheat flour, stirring constantly, fry until golden brown. Pour in the required amount of milk in a thin stream and, stirring constantly with a whisk, bring the sauce to thicken, add nutmeg, stir thoroughly and remove from heat.
Place the lasagna sheets again, then the remaining filling, cheese and Béchamel sauce. Repeat layers as long as possible. The top layer should be lasagna sheets. Brush with Béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Place the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the dish for up to 30-35 minutes. Gently remove the finished lasagne from the oven and cool slightly.
