Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish that is served in any restaurant. This dish has been adapted in many countries of the world and in each country it is prepared in its own way. I want to share my favorite chicken breast lasagna recipe. Any minced meat can be used as a meat filling, as well as mushrooms.

Wash the chicken breast, place in a pot of cold water. Put on fire and bring to a boil, periodically skimming off the foam, season with salt, cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. Cool the finished meat and disassemble into fibers. Peel the champignons, chop finely. Heat a frying pan, brush with oil, add mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Add chicken and cream, season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thick.
Grate Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater. Prepare a baking dish. Spread the prepared sauce evenly on the bottom, then place the lasagna sheets. Then lay out the filling, sprinkle with the cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients. Sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese on top.
