If you like lasagna, but you think this dish is too heavy, we have good news: lasagna does not have to be cooked with minced pork; instead of pork or beef, ordinary, completely fatty chicken breast will do just fine. And to make it tastier and juicier, add some fried mushrooms to the filling.
