Lasagna with pumpkin

For lovers of pumpkin and Jugas cheese, we offer a recipe for making a casserole with pumpkin. The combination of lasagna sheets, walnuts, béchamel sauce and Jugas cheese made up a rather tasty pumpkin company and opened up another option for making lasagna for us.

We wash the pumpkin, peel and seeds and rub the amount we need on a coarse grater. We also grate Dzhugas cheese on a coarse grater.

Prepare the béchamel sauce: put a saucepan with a thick bottom on the fire. Melt butter in it and add flour. Stirring constantly, fry the flour until golden brown. Then, without stopping stirring, add milk to the pan.

Bring the milk to a boil, the sauce will begin to thicken. Add paprika to the sauce, mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Lubricate the lasagna mold a little with vegetable oil and put 2 sheets on the bottom. Lubricate them with 2-3 tablespoons of sauce and lay out a layer of pumpkin.

Sprinkle the pumpkin with chopped walnuts and grated cheese. Lay the sheets of lasagna on top and thus lay out all the layers.
