This is a lasagna recipe - for lovers of Italian cuisine. By following it, you will properly prepare this meaty and hearty dish at home. Knead the dough with the addition of cheese. The filling for lasagna, or bolognese sauce, is made from pork, tomatoes and spices. We bake the dish with béchamel sauce.

Prepare the bolognese sauce first. To do this, peel the onion, chop it into half rings and fry a little in olive oil.

Twist a piece of pork meat in a meat grinder with a medium wire rack.

Transfer the resulting minced meat to a frying pan to the fried onions and, stirring it continuously with a spatula, fry until golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes crosswise, place in a plate and pour boiling water over for a few minutes.

Then peel them off and puree the tomatoes with a blender.

Pour the cooked tomato puree to the fried minced meat, add salt and spices to your taste, stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then prepare the béchamel sauce. To do this, melt butter in a separate container, add flour to it and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Fry this mixture a little.

Pour milk in portions into the flour fried in oil, add nutmeg and salt and, stirring continuously, cook the sauce. Boil it until the consistency of thick sour cream.

To make the lasagna sheets, sift the amount of flour indicated in the recipe into a bowl and beat the eggs into it. Mix the flour and eggs with your hands until crumbs, and then transfer the mass to the table and complete the process of kneading the dough.

Roll the prepared dough into a ball, wrap in a piece of foil and leave for 30 minutes for proofing.

After this time, cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a thin sheet.
