It is very easy to master the preparation of the famous Italian dish, lasagna, thanks to our detailed step-by-step recipe. You will receive an original hearty flaky dish. It somewhat resembles a casserole, only the products here are laid out in layers, poured over with sauce and sprinkled with cheese.

Peel the carrots, wash, grate. Remove the husk from the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan, fry the onions, carrots and garlic until golden brown.

Add minced meat to the pan, stir, simmer for 7-9 minutes. Chop the parsley finely and place in the pan as well.

Wash the tomatoes, chop finely, add them to the frying pan along with the tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste, simmer the contents of the pan until the moisture evaporates.

Prepare the sauce in a separate container. Melt the butter, add flour, stirring constantly, fry until slightly golden brown. Gradually add milk in a thin stream. Do not stop stirring to avoid clumping. Boil the sauce until thick.

Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the mold, pour the sauce over them, add some of the meat filling, sprinkle with cheese and cover with the lasagna sheets. Repeat this procedure one more time. You should have three layers of lasagna sheets and two of the meat filling. Pour the sauce over the top layer of the lasagna and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the form with foil, put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool the finished lasagne a little and serve.
