Microwave lasagna

Lasagna is a dish that is cooked in the oven. However, if there is no one at home, or if you want to save time, you can try to cook this delicious dish in the microwave. The taste, aroma and texture of the lasagne will not be affected in any way, and you will get your favorite lunch without too much time.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Peel the garlic, pass through a press. Send the minced meat into a deep bowl, mix it with onions and garlic. Put the minced meat in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them.

Grind tomatoes until liquid.

Mix the tomato paste with tomato paste.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Add grated cheese to tomato sauce, stir.

Remove the minced meat from the microwave and send the tomato-cheese mass into it. Mix everything thoroughly, send it back to the microwave for 5 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom.
