Lasagna in a slow cooker with pasta

We bring to your attention a lazy version of lasagna - from pasta in a slow cooker. The lasagna turns out to be hearty, and thanks to the Bechamel sauce, it is tender and juicy. The only advice is to use durum pasta so that it retains its shape during cooking. So let's get started!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We turn on the multicooker for the "Stew" or "Soup" mode. Melt the butter in the multicooker bowl. Add flour to it and stir continuously with a silicone spatula. Introduce milk in a thin stream. Boil the sauce until it thickens, stirring continuously with a spatula so that it does not burn to the bottom of the multicooker. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir and turn off.
step 2 out of 5
Peel the onion, rinse it and chop it into small cubes. We turn on the multicooker to the “Baking” mode, add vegetable oil to the bowl and fry the onion. Then add the minced meat, fry for 15 minutes. Rinse the tomatoes, put in a bowl and pour boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then remove the skin and rub the tomatoes on a fine grater, add them to the minced meat.
step 3 out of 5
Put the minced meat in a deep container, add raw pasta, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and put it back in the multicooker bowl. Add one glass of water and sauce.
step 4 out of 5
Mix everything well so that the sauce is evenly distributed over all the pasta. We close the lid of the multicooker and set the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker. Sprinkle the hot lasagne with finely grated cheese and chopped herbs. Cut the lasagne into portions and serve. Bon Appetit!
