Zucchini lecho is a delicious addition to many homemade dishes. The originality of the snack will be given by a special preparation: cutting vegetables into pieces.

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly. If the fruits are young, then you do not need to peel them. Cut into even oblong pieces.

We wash the bell pepper, remove the core and seeds. Cut into medium slices.

We survive juice from one kilogram of juicy and ripe tomatoes. Add chopped hot pepper to it.

Chop the onions and combine them with the rest of the food in a large saucepan. Add tomato juice, salt and sugar to this. We put on a small fire and bring to a boil.
