Zucchini lecho with straws

Many people cook lecho, chopping the zucchini as much as possible, or even twisting them through a meat grinder. And you try to cut the zucchini into strips, this way the vegetables feel better. In addition, zucchini can then be used for soups, sauces, etc.

Wash and peel the zucchini. If the zucchini is young, the seeds need not be removed. Cut the zucchini into strips, put in a deep saucepan.

Mince the bell peppers, peeled from seeds, garlic, tomatoes and chili through a meat grinder. If there are no tomatoes, they can be replaced with tomato paste in the same amount. Add the rolled vegetables to the courgettes.
