Cucumber lecho is a delicious winter snack. When cooked without vinegar, it will not change its taste over time. Cucumber lecho will complement the main menu and decorate your table.

We wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and chop them in mashed potatoes using a blender or meat grinder.
