Vegetable lecho for the winter is an incredibly delicious dish! Crispy cucumbers and spicy, aromatic peppers combine to create an amazing combination of flavors. Lecho can be served with meat products or as an addition to various cereals. It turns out very tasty!

First, wash the vegetables with water. We remove the petioles and tails. Cut the cucumbers into not very thick circles, and clean the peppers from seeds and cut into strips.

We pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.

Now we put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil. We put on fire and let the mass boil. After that, cook for another 20 minutes. Not forgetting to stir.

Finely chop the cloves of garlic and add them to the lecho. Also pour in vinegar and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes. We lay out the finished lecho in sterilized jars and roll them up. Turn the cans upside down, let them cool completely.
