Cucumber tomato vegetable lecho is easy to make at home! It turns out to be very tasty, aromatic and juicy. It can be served as a side dish or as a standalone meal for dinner. Appetizing, simple and useful!

We wash the vegetables thoroughly, cut the cucumbers into medium-sized circles.

Peel the onions and carrots, then cut the onions into half rings, and rub the carrots with a grater.
