Appetizing lecho with cucumbers does not have to be sterilized. With the correct proportion of vinegar, the workpiece will be perfectly stored without sterilization for up to a year. Try it!

Rinse the vegetables well, then chop them. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the peppers into quarters, and cut the cucumbers into slices. Pass the peeled garlic through a press, and just chop the hot pepper very finely.

Using a meat grinder, chop all vegetables, with the exception of cucumbers, until puree. Put the cucumbers in a saucepan for cooking salad and pour over them with the resulting vegetable puree.

Add salt and sugar, and pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Stir the cucumbers and put the container on the fire. Boil the lecho for about ten minutes from the moment it boils, and then boil the vinegar and boil for another couple of minutes.
