We offer you a surprisingly simple recipe for hot pepper lecho. Hot pepper has such beneficial properties as strengthening the immune system, improving blood circulation and bowel function. Hot pepper lecho does not require cooking, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator, goes well with meat, fish dishes, and is suitable as an additive in sauces and soups. Cooking lecho takes no more than half an hour, and you can enjoy it for a long period. So let's get down to cooking!

For the preparation of lecho, we selected medium-sized ripe red hot peppers. We rinse it under running water, put it on a kitchen towel and leave it for 10-15 minutes to drain the water. Then remove the stalks in the peppers and clean it from the seeds. Do not forget that it is best to work with hot peppers with gloves and avoid contact with eyes.

Clean the chives, rinse.

We pass the peeled pepper through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender.

Then add finely chopped or passed through a press garlic to the pepper and mix well.
