It often happens that the tomato season is over and green tomatoes remain on the branches. One of the options to save this vegetable, and even make a delicious preparation - is to cook a juicy and tasty lecho.

Wash the indicated vegetables thoroughly under cool water. Peel the carrots, rinse and grind.
