The classic cooking option for this dish involves the use of an ingredient such as onions. But what about those who do not consume the aforementioned vegetable? First, let's start preparing the tomatoes. They must be laid out in a deep container, filled with boiling water to the top and left for a few minutes. After that, we dip the tomatoes in cold water.

After that, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

We wash the bell pepper, then remove the seeds and stem from it.
