Lecho for the winter without vinegar

Lecho is a delicious appetizer made from tomatoes and peppers. And so I want to prepare this dish for the winter. But not everyone likes to add vinegar to the seaming. Lecho without vinegar, prepared according to this recipe, turns out to be very juicy and well stored.

We wash the tomatoes and peppers. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and puree them with a blender.
