Lecho for the winter without vinegar and oil

Such lecho is useful in the absence of vinegar and additional extra calories in the form of vegetable oil. Vegetables are stewed in their own juice, while retaining their original taste and color.

Wash vegetables, remove excess parts in the form of stalks and seed boxes. Cut half the tomatoes into strips. Cut the pepper into strips.

Finely chop the garlic with a knife and add to the vegetables. Mix everything, put in a saucepan over the fire, bring to a boil.

After boiling, simmer for 10 minutes. Next, put the second half of the tomatoes, also cutting them into strips. Pour in 1 glass of granulated sugar, salt. Simmer for another half hour.
