Spicy lecho is obtained by adding hot peppers and garlic to the recipe. Of course, such an appetizer is not suitable for everyone, but it is ideal for meat and fish dishes, and will also help diversify the list of winter salads and snacks.

Wash the tomatoes, sort out and cut into large slices. Pass them through a meat grinder. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Cut hot chili peppers into thin slices.

Remove seed pods from sweet peppers, cut them into thin slices or long strips. Grate the peeled carrots. Set the saucepan over medium heat, put the tomato puree in it and bring to a boil. Send carrots there, and cook the workpiece after boiling for 15 minutes, reducing the heat to minimum.

Add onion, cook for another 7-8 minutes. Pour granulated sugar, salt and vegetable oil into the product. Mix everything and put bell pepper, chili pepper in a saucepan. Wait 20 minutes. and add the garlic cloves, cut into 4 pieces. Put the bay leaf. In 1 min. before the end of cooking, pour in vinegar, mix and pour into sterile jars. Boil the lids in advance for 5 minutes, dry. Roll up the cans, cool upside down under a blanket.
