Bell pepper lecho is not just a delicious universal snack that goes well with various dishes, but also a real storehouse of vitamins. Preparing such a snack at home is not at all difficult, the main thing is to follow the step-by-step instructions that are presented to your attention.

First, you need to thoroughly rinse the tomatoes, then cut them into slices, remove the stalks, grind them with a meat grinder to a puree consistency. Then we pass the resulting mass through a sieve in order to remove the remnants of the skin. After that, pour the tomato puree into the pan.

The next step is to wash the bell pepper, remove the stalks and partitions from it, then cut it into a small cube.

Put the saucepan with tomato puree on low heat and cook for fifteen minutes.
