One of the variations of the favorite seaming with the addition of onions and carrots is not nearly difficult to prepare, but the additional ingredients make its taste richer and more colorful.

Wash the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Rub the tomatoes through a sieve with a tablespoon.

Peel the seeds and cut the stalk. Cut it into large pieces.

Remove the husk from the onion, cut in half and cut into half rings. Peel and chop the carrots on a coarse grater.

Put the onion in a saucepan with butter and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add carrots to the onion, stir and fry for 3 minutes. After - pour tomato juice and chunks of pepper into a saucepan.

Sprinkle the workpiece with salt, sugar and pepper, stir and cook for 25 minutes over low heat. Add chopped garlic and vinegar to the lecho, mix and place in sterile jars. Screw the lids back on immediately and turn the container over. Cover with a blanket and leave to cool for 6 hours.
