Lecho with carrots for the winter

An appetizing carrot lecho for the winter can delight you all year round. The piece can be served with a side dish or as a cold snack. The dish is suitable for both a dinner and a festive table.

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly. Then we pass through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.

Remove seeds from sweet peppers and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and pass through a coarse grater.

Pour chopped tomatoes into a large saucepan. Pour in salt, sugar, add vegetable oil, mix and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the vegetables to the tomatoes. Stir and continue simmering for 15-20 minutes.
