First, wash the tomatoes and cut them into several pieces. After that, grind the vegetables in any convenient way.

Put the tomato gruel in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

We wash the rest of the vegetables. Pass the carrots through a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and peppers. We spread it all to the tomatoes, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt and continue to simmer. Pour rice into a saucepan and keep on fire, covered for another 20 minutes.

5 minutes before cooking, pour in the vinegar, mix and remove from heat. We pour lecho into sterilized jars, close with lids and send for storage. Ready!
