Lecho in oil for the winter is an appetizer that looks festive and bright at any celebration. To make the appetizer look even more elegant, use bell peppers of different colors. A fragrant appetizer that goes well with any dish.

Wash and dry the bell pepper thoroughly.

Peel the prepared bell pepper from the seeds and core, and then cut into 4-6 pieces, depending on the size, to make slices.

Prepare the marinade. Pour drinking water into a deep saucepan. Add the required amount of granulated sugar, table salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, bay leaf, coriander seeds and black peppercorns. Stir well and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
