Lazy pita bread with cottage cheese in the oven

Lazy achma with cottage cheese turns out to be very tender and fragrant inside. Ideal for a hearty homemade breakfast. Surprise your family with an original recipe.

Immediately coat the baking dish with vegetable oil. We spread one sheet of thin pita bread.

Beat eggs with kefir. We lower the second sheet of pita bread, previously torn into small pieces, into the liquid mass.

Evenly spread the cottage cheese, grated cheese and pieces soaked in the egg-kefir mixture into the form with pita bread. We leave a little cheese and liquid mixture for the top layer.
